Re-Opening for Al Fresco Dining: Everything you Need to Know

Gale’s is pleased to welcome our valued guests and friends back to Gale’s for safe, friendly dine-in service “Al Fresco” on our patio.

Gale’s is currently OPEN 7 days a week for both Lunch and Dinner: 

11:30am to 8:00pm: Monday - Thursday

11:30am to 9:00pm: Friday - Saturday

3:00pm to 8:00pm: Sunday

The following is a brief summary of our new guidelines mandated by the State of California.

Employee Health Screening

Before all employees enter the restaurant, they will go through a wellness check.

We will ask each team member a series of health questions and perform an infrared temperature check.

Team members must stay at home if they do not feel well or if they live with someone who is sick.

Reservations

We encourage all guests to make reservations. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins, however, we cannot guarantee seating with new capacity limitations.

Upon Arrival 

Please call the restaurant at (626) 432-6760 when you arrive to confirm seating.

A Gale’s team member will confirm immediately, or, if you receive voicemail, please leave a message and we will text or call when your table is ready.

We ask that you please wait in your car until you receive your confirmation. At this time, the bar and host station are not available for standing or waiting.

As per the Pasadena City Guidelines and Protocol, face coverings are required.

Menus

We encourage all guests to pre-select their meal choice at the time of reservation.

Pre-ordering will help reduce contact with our team.

Our Menu is available on our website, as are the Daily Specials.

If preferred, a disposable paper menu will be provided.

Table Setting

Tables will not be preset. All silverware, glassware and napkins will be delivered as needed.

Tables will be spaced 6ft apart to allow for physical distancing.

 All leftovers will be filled by the guest. The Gale’s team will provide a to-go container.

Outdoor Seating

 We have NEW additional “Al Fresco” outside tables for your dining experience.

 Physical Distancing

All guests are asked to please keep the six-foot physical distancing in mind and refrain from physical contact with staff and guests.

Gale’s Team

All staff will be wearing face coverings and using disposable gloves for your safety.

Leadership will emphasize continuous hand washing, hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Sanitation

The Gale’s team will be cleaning, sanitizing and certifying tables and all high traffic touchpoint areas in the restaurant.

All cleaning products are approved by CAL/OSHA for use against COVID-19.

We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the restaurant.

Delivery & Curbside Pickup 

We will continue our Delivery and Curbside pickup for convenient to-go orders.

As always, the safety and well-being of our guests and team remain our priority. There are many ways to be of service and you can rest assured that we will continue our Delivery and Curbside Pick-Up options as we expand into our phased re-opening of our restaurant.
