Gale's Secret Recipe for her Lime Basil Martini

Lime and Basil are a classic culinary combination, and for the first time ever, Gale is sharing the secret recipe for her fragrant and tart Lime Basil Martini.

A Lime Basil Martini is a cooler seasonal substitute for a martini or gimlet. The summer-rich flavors of basil and lime perfectly pair with lightly flavored spirits such as Gin or Vodka. Be sure to prepare this ICE COLD with a pre-chilled martini glass during the hot summer months. Or even better, enjoy this aperativo Al Fresco at Gale’s Restaurant with plentiful outdoor dining options.
